1. Worldwide shipping( excepted a few countries and FPO/APO).

3. The shipping address is very important for collection, so please make sure that it is 100% correct.
4. Most of you can enjoy the free shipping by China post registered air mail (below 2kg). If more than 2kg, it will be sent via EMS/UPS/DHL/Fedex IP/Toll/Russia Express-SPSR. Before placing the order, please contact us, if you need the products urgently.
5. Delivery time:
-By China post, generally, about 1-2weeks to Asia, West Euro, North America, while about 2-3weeks to South America, Mid-east, East Euro, Africa.
-By EMS, around 27 days (Slow and expensive, we donot suggest this method)
-By UPS/DHL/Fedex IP/Toll, around 5-7 days
-By Russia Express-SPSR, around 14-40 days (depends on the shipping city).
6. Our working Time
We work from Monday to Saturday, excluding holidays. Please send us an email, if you need the shipment urgently. During holiday season (Christmas, Chinese New Year etc), the shipping time would be longer than the usual. Please add another 5-10 days as delayed. Thank you for your understanding in advance.
